Internship at DSC
Do you want to gain practical experience already while studying? Would you like to find out what your strengths are and what you want to focus on? Then get to know DSC during an internship. An internship is also possible in combination with a bachelor's or master's thesis.
During your internship at DSC, you’ll have technical and organizational mentors who are always ready to support you. We appreciate your work and offer a competitive salary for your internship, and based on your commitment, we provide a bonus at the end of the internship.

Working students at DSC
Would you like to gain hands-on experience while mastering your degree program and making a living?
No problem! DSC offers flexible working hours from 40 to 80 hours per month. It’s possible to reduce your working hours in exam times or increase the working hours up to 160 hours per month between terms. Salary is paid on an hourly basis.
DSC offers an individual mentoring concept for the entire time as a working student: Your personal contact persons as well as technical mentors will guide and support you with your tasks and answer all your questions. An onboarding plan will support you for a smooth start at DSC and provide you with all necessary basics for your tasks. It’s also possible to get to know additional departments of DSC.
Do you want to team up with a company for your bachelor’s or master’s thesis or an internship? Just say the word.
After graduation, we are also happy to welcome our working students in a permanent position at DSC.

Integrated degree programs | Duales Studium at DSC
Would you like to combine your studies with working in a company? Then an integrated degree program, called “Duales Studium” in German, could be the perfect fit for you.
An integrated degree program offers a combination of theoretical phases at DHBW Karlsruhe and practical phases at DSC. A close connection of theory and practice is very important for us. The practical phases at DSC perfectly match the theoretical course contents.
Accompanying you comprehensively during your entire studies is very dear to our hearts. This means providing you with technical mentors for accompanying your practical phases and also includes regular meetings with our HR team. During all full-time practical phases, you’ll have personal contact persons who will support you with any project papers or academic papers.
Your monthly salary is also paid during theoretical phases. DSC is also happy to cover costs for learning materials, study fees, and a ticket for the local public transport.
After graduation, we are happy to welcome our students from an integrated degree program in a full-time position at DSC.
